The Loyalty Club Representative is to assist guests with enrollment, redeem promotions, & explain the benefits to the member
Job Focus:
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:
Enrolls and creates new member accounts in a friendly and professional mannerInputs all player information into the database and issues Loyalty Club cardsExplains the program to guests along with the benefits of the cardEvaluates members play and issues comps based upon Loyalty Club guidelinesPerforms all other duties as assignedAll duties are to be performed in accordance with policies & proceduresDesired Qualifications:
Customer Service experience 2yr.High School Diploma or equivalent is requiredMust have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal formsA professional demeanor and attire is to be maintained at all times
