Opportunity Description
As a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst for India, you will analyze, design, implement, and maintain an
efficient administration of total rewards programs. You will support Align Technology’s India HR
and business areas with consulting advice, analysis, program administration, and e.g. will maintain
and extend relationships with market data providers, broker, and insurers, etc. In addition to these
activities, you will support Align’s expansion in the country by providing advice, guidance and e.g.
implementing and/or enhancing regional employee benefits in partnership with local
management. You will be a member of the regional and global Total Rewards team.
