Opportunity Description
Position Overview
Reports directly to the C&CL; Senior Director Argentina & Uruguay and works closely with local Coca‑Cola and bottler teams. The Regional GM (RGM) will develop and implement price and portfolio strategies, mix management initiatives and promotional optimization to translate integral/latam guidelines into local actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and leads revenue growth acceleration across Argentina & Uruguay.
- Leads all price related agendas with local operations, from setting the overall price strategy to tracking price execution and compliance.
- Leads all portfolio and mix management agendas with local operations, from strategy setting to execution tracking.
- Develops promotional optimization capabilities to maximize efficacy and efficiency of promotional activities.
