Opportunity Description

  • Initiate nursing assessment and prepare nursing care plan, implementing and evaluation of same for all SI groups Travellers, BOTP’s, International protection applicants, Homeless persons and all SI marginalized groups.
  • Prioritize workload and situations as appropriate and work closely with the DON.
  • Staff nurse in clinical settings / outreach clinics as required.
  • Visit IPAS accommodation centers to respond to IPA/BOTP health needs and onward referral to GP. Primary care etc.
  • Attend clinical/ management supervision with the DON
  • Support Primary Health Care Traveller Projects (PHCTP) and SI services.
    • Full-time Healthcare Diagnosing or Treating Practitioners
