Key Responsibilities

Risk Identification and Assessment

• Identifies potential risks to the company’s operations, financial performance and reputation

• Conducts risk assessments to determine the likelihood and impact of identified risks

• Develops and maintain a risk register to track and monitor identified risks

Risk Management Strategy and Policy

• Develops and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy and policy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives

• Develops systems to manage the company’s risks including insurance risks in the areas of product design, pricing and underwriting risk, market risk including investment and liquidity, operational risk including legal, regulatory risk, contagion and related party risk, strategic risk and ot...
