Risk Officer (Banking)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Risk Officer to lead the bank's enterprise risk managemen t (ERM) function, with primary focus on credit, operational, liquidity, financial, and reputational risks, among others, across both digital and traditional banking operations.

This role will ensure a robust risk governance framework is in place, while working in coordination with specialized functions such as IT Risk, Compliance, and Fraud to provide a consolidated and enterprise-wide view of risk.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Risk Framework

• Develop, implement, and maintain the bank's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework
• Define risk appetite, limits, and escalation protocols
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of key risk areas:
• Credit risk
• Operational risk
• Liquidity risk
• Financial and capital risk
• Reputational and strategic risks
• Other risks
