Purpose of Role

The Risk Operation Team Lead is responsible for leading the execution of FX hedging operations and ensuring the operational integrity of FX hedging and risk management across all markets in the Americas region. This role includes executing trades on Bloomberg platform, reporting in WSS, monitoring reconciliations and audit trails, and preparing and validating FX and risk management reports to support management decisions. The team lead ensures alignment with corporate risk management policies and supports business continuity. The role supports the Risk Administration Manager with FX trading operational service delivery, constant analysis of market volatility, and reporting Treasury FX trade activities to management and the Group.
