Originate New To Book prospects through channel partner, vendors &direct sourcing and open market channels. Managing exiting portfolio & enhancing business portfolio of existing customer base. Managing customer relationships; addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers. Identifying new segments & set up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the company Recommend & introduce new services with an objective to engage customers & generate fee income. Have good contacts with Equipment’s Manufacturers and customers Have good customer portfolio.
