Role Overview

Hiring experienced Mortgage Sales professionals to drive Home Loan / LAP sourcing, business development, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Source HL / LAP business from open market, connectors & DSA network.


• Build & manage strong channel partner relationships.


• Drive monthly disbursement & revenue targets.


• Ensure file login, documentation & KYC compliance.


• Conduct customer meetings & close deals end-to-end.


• Monitor portfolio quality & coordinate with credit teams.
