Summary/Objective
In keeping with our organization's goals, the primary purpose of the Registered Nurse is to monitor patients, develop patient care plans, implement treatments, and document care as rendered. The RN is responsible for effective management of care provided to nursing unit as assigned, supervising the work of licensed vocational nurses and nursing assistants, and maintaining the delivery of quality care to all residents.
