RN Assistant Unit Supervisor- Bethlehem, PA (Sign on bonus upto 10k)

OPEN -SHIFT 7:00 AM- 3:00 P.M

Mon-Fri w/ rotating weekends and holiday

Schedule: Full time

Job Summary:

The Assistant Unit Supervisor aids the Unit Supervisor with clinical rounds and an emphasis on high-risk patients. Maintains unit records (i.e., RCC, MDS, immunizations, pharmacy, etc.) and completes documentation and audits of Electronic Health Records. The Assistant Unit Supervisor enhances the standard of patient care in alignment with our mission and vision. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the sub-acute rehab/med-surge role and gain experience to take the next step in career progression! This position requires every other weekend and holiday rotation.
