Cross posting for clinical review and auto offer. The position requires experience in cardiac medicine ICU. Strong familiarity with Swan-Ganz catheters and vasoactive drips is essential. Experience in managing arterial lines, advanced heart failure, and post-procedural care such as STEMIs and TAVRs is necessary. Work schedule consists of night shifts with every other weekend and holiday required. Time off around holidays is not approved. Must adhere to floating policies within scope of practice. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Candidates should possess skills in accessing and managing ports, arterial line management, and assisting with chest tube insertion and removal. Other necessary skills include blood product administration and care of ventilated patients.
