• Regularly assess and chart the resident's condition, monitoring for any significant change and generate appropriate internal and/or external response.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments to assure the highest level of care for the resident and document all care appropriately.
• Lead and manage direct reports to assure the desired level of resident service, care, and satisfaction.
