Summary

The Outpatient Cardiology Practice at the Sanctuary has an opportunity for an experienced RN Clinical Team Lead. This position requires 3 years of RN experience and the ideal candidate will have a strong cardiac background.

What will this RN do:

Lead Clinical Quality Improvement

Assess annual competencies of the clinical staff

Direct patient care - stress tests and coumadin clinic

Patient Triage within practice, In-basket Management through Mychart

Care gap closure by protocol

Patient Education and follow up on discharges

Responsible for providing, overseeing, and coordinating nursing care for patients within a complex department or highly procedural area; based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards.
