Job Summary: The RN Clinician Educator is an experienced registered nurse who serves as a unit-based education resource, supporting the professional development and clinical competency of clinical staff under the guidance of the Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner. This role is designed as a formal development opportunity for clinically experienced nurses seeking to grow their expertise in staff education and NPD practice. The RN Clinician Educator applies foundational knowledge of adult learning principles and evidence-based practice to assist with onboarding, competency management, education delivery, and quality improvement activities.
