Job Duties
As the Nurse Home Visitor you'll act as a case manager and implement standard protocols for families enrolled in the Nurse Family Partnership.
A typical schedule is part-time, 20 hours weekly, 8 am to 4:30 pm with the flexibility to work occasional evenings to accommodate client needs.
This role covers Northumberland County ; you’ll complete home visits each workday. It’s a community‑based position where you’ll meet clients in their homes and other in‑person community settings.
At least 2 years of RN OB and/or Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
