o Home Health Services - serving the following areas: Cleveland, Gaston, Rutherford Counties
o Radius rule: Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit
• Department Information:
o Typical Caseload:
• Average patients seen/day: (visits are weighted) 6-7 units/day; 30/week
• Average Admissions completed/day or week: Admissions are weighted at 2.40 units - 2 admissions can be expected per day
o Minimum Years of Experience required: 1 year; Home Health experience is preferred
o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes - if they have had Home Health experience as a nurse
• Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o 18 y/o + (No Peds), wound care, wound vacs, Pleurx drains, cath (foley and SP), fee...
