RN Hospice

Schedule: Weekend Program (Saturday & Sunday, : AM – : PM)

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice to provide end-of-life care for patients across the Milwaukee community. This role focuses on direct patient visits in the field rather than case management. The nurse will support hospice patients in their homes or care facilities, ensuring comfort, dignity, and symptom management during the final stages of life.

This is a weekend program position involving in-person patient visits across the Milwaukee territory.
