Schedule: Mon-Fri, Night Shift On-Call: 5:00pm-8:00am (shift ends Friday AM) Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours/week Overview We're seeking an experienced Hospice RN Case Manager for a night shift on-call role supporting patients in the Colorado Springs/Woodland Park area. This is an on-site position with field travel and guaranteed full-time hours.
