Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse
Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse needed for a 27-bed unit. This unit cares for inpatients with a variety of medical conditions and post-operative patients. The patient population primarily consists of elderly patients but can include adults as young as 18. Common diagnoses include post-operative orthopedic cases, general surgery, alcohol withdrawal, congestive heart failure, and pneumonia. RN Patient Ratios are 5:1. LNA Patient Ratios are 3:1. Every other weekend and rotating holidays are required. Telemetry experience and familiarity with Epic software are preferred.
