Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to work on a PRN (as needed) basis.
Responsibilities:
- ssess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.
- dminister medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the physician.
- ssist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident care.
