RN Nurse Assessment and Quality Coordinator - Per Diem

Description

RN Nurse Assessment (MDS) and Quality Coordinator of our Sub Acute Unit at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in San Pedro, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour Day shifts (minimum 1 shift per week).

The RN Nurse Assessment (MDS) and Quality Coordinator is responsible for conducting and coordinating the MDS Assessment with the appropriate participation of health professionals. Knowledge of care required: Young Adult to Geriatric.
