Opportunity Description
Logan Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) leader to serve as Nurse Manager for our 40-bed Acute Care / Medical-Surgical Unit in beautiful Kalispell, Montana.
This leader will provide clinical, operational, and people leadership within one of our fast-paced inpatient care environments, supporting a high-acuity and diverse medical-surgical patient population. The Nurse Manager plays a critical role in driving patient care quality, workforce engagement, operational excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration across the unit.
This position is ideal for a confident and visible nursing leader who thrives in complex acute care environments, values team development, and can effectively balance patient experience, staffing operations, quality outcomes, and employee engagement.
