RN Nurse Manager - LTC

Amergis Healthcare has a contract opportunity for an RN Nurse Manager to work in a Long Term Care setting in Portland, ME.

**Local Pay:** $52/hour, paid weekly

**Travel Pay:** $2,408/week

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm, no weekends

**Qualifications:**

+ Active, unrestricted ME nursing license, or compact license
+ Graduation from an approved school of nursing and licensure as an RN in Maine, additional education in gerontology preferred.
+ Management and supervisory experience in long-term care required.
+ Possess ability to make independent decisions as circumstances dictate.
+ Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and the general public.
+ Ability to supervise, educate, orient and mentor staff.
+ Excellent oral and written skills.
+ Foster a positive, collaborative and respectful workplace.
