Registered Nurse - Outpatient Infusion Center
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Infusion Center, focused on delivering exceptional patient care in a comfortable and convenient setting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in intravenous therapy and experience in outpatient oncology.
Responsibilities
- Administer intravenous (IV) medications, including antibiotics, antifungals, and steroids.
- Perform blood and blood product transfusions, and maintain central venous access devices.
- Provide hydration therapy and IV immune globulin therapy (IVIG).
- Educate patients on self-administration of medications and provide teaching for therapeutic phlebotomies.
- Manage specialty medications for various chronic conditions.
Schedule
This position offers flexible day shifts, with hours varying between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
