This individual is responsible for the development and implementation of efficient and effective programs for competency validation, continuing education, workforce development, and workflows systematically across the oncology infusion area. This individual is responsible for collaborating with facility leaders and nurse leadership team to achieve best practices, educational excellence and implementation of current health system initiatives.
