We are currently hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, & PRN Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at locations in Polk City, Iowa or Ankeny, Iowa !

This role delivers individualized care within a transdisciplinary team serving persons with brain injuries and neurological conditions.
+ Environment: Skilled Long-Term Care
+ Location: Polk City, Iowa
+ Hours: 6:00PM-6:30AM (3 shifts/week) rotating holidays & every 3rd weekend required
+ Nurses 1:10 ratio all shifts, CNAS 1:5 Days & 1:10 nights
