RN or LPN - 36 Hours Weekly - Family Practice

**Job Description:**
Essentia Health is seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to serve in the family practices at our Fosston, Bagley, and Oklee Clinics in western Minnesota. This RN or LPN works 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. No holiday or on-call rotations are required. A weekend rotation of around once every 16 weeks is required to support our telehealth walk-in clinic, working 9 am to 4 pm on Saturday and 12 pm to 4 pm on Sunday. This position can be offered as 36 hours a week or 32 hours a week.

**Education Qualifications:**
