Evaluates patient care outcomes for the pediatric through geriatric age population. Develops a plan of care based on ongoing assessment of the patient in the holding area, operative suite, and post-operative setting. Identifies strengths and weaknesses and adapts to current surgical interventions. Updates the plan constantly to meet existing or potential patient problems.
