RN Step Down
This position requires a Registered Nurse who will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a step-down environment. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and the ability to handle diverse patient populations. The role includes the administration of medications, managing patient assessments, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this position. Flexibility in schedule is necessary as the position may require evening and weekend shifts.
Minimum 2 years of experience License: RN License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: At least 2 years of Medical-Surgical or Intermediate Care Unit experience.
