• Unit Information:
o Beds: 24
§ Census 18-20/day
o Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years in Psych nursing
o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes
• Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
o Adults 18+ - Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Depression, Suicidal Ideation,
• Patient Ratios:
o RN: 1:6
• Required Licensure & Certifications:
o BLS, CPI
• Skills required:
o Ability to provide direct and indirect patient care, strong interpersonal and de-escalation communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, solid written and oral communication skills, ability to tolerate m...
