**Job Description**
**UW Medical Center-Northwest - Emergency Department** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Per Diem Registered Nurse** .
**WORK SCHEDULE**
+ Per diem schedule / variable hours per week
+ Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
+ Must be available work **a mix of mid shifts** (11:00am-11:30pm, 1:00pm-1:30am, and 3:00pm-3:30am) **and** **night shifts** (7:00pm-7:30am)
**ABOUT OUR EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT**
+ We are a 22-bed Level IV Trauma Center with surgical capabilities and a designated Primary Stroke Center
+ We are the frontline of complex, high-acuity patient care for an expanding community hospital
+ We consistently hold 1:4 nurse to patient ratios
+ We have been recognized for providing one of the fastest times to treatment for cardiac patients in the Seattle region
+ Many of our RNs are Daisy Award Winners
