RN - Registered Nurse - Infusion

Job Duties You'll primarily work office based with some requirements for on-site work. You'll coordinate patient discharges from the hospital to home infusion settings and support ongoing patient care in both home and infusion suite environments. At least three (3) years of RN work experience is required. Case management experience, RN Home Health and IV therapy experience is preferred.
