Start your nursing career with confidence through 12 month-long Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program , designed to support newly NY State Licensed RN's as they transition into clinical practice.
As an RN Resident, you'll receive:
• Mentorship from experienced nurses
• Peer support and collaboration
• Monthly interactive, evidence-based learning sessions
• Hands-on experience in your chosen track
You'll build skills in:
• Clinical decision-making
• Leadership in patient care
• Evidence-based practice
• Professional development planning
Eligibility:
All newly NY State Licensed RN Residents with less than one year of experience are automatically enrolled. Cohorts start 8 times per year. Residency Tracks
