Position Summary:

The Support RN provides direct nursing care and instructs the LPN and Hospice Aide staff in the delivery of nursing care to clients.

Support RN will perform 4-6 patient visits per day depending on location and acuity of patients served. This role may perform 2-4 admissions per days, depending on length of shift and complexity of patient. At times, they may receive assignments that are a combination of admissions & patient visits – adjusted accordingly depending on the mix of each.
