Responsibilities:
+ Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established protocols and standards of care
+ Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members
+ Assist Mandarin-speaking residents with their healthcare needs and ensure they receive culturally competent care
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and interventions
