As a member of the Freight Forwarding team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. Responsibilities

• Ensure all orders are communicated to drivers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Oversee driver performance to ensure tasks are executed at an optimal level.
• Maximise driver utilisation for operational efficiency.
• Enforce driver discipline and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the Transport Management System (TMS) is implemented at the highest standard.
• Ensure driver payment vouchers are completed on time and updated for HOD verification.
