Road Marking Machine Mechanic – Urgent Filling

Service and maintain thermoplastic road marking machines , line stripers, paint kettles, compressors, burners, bead dispensers.

• Calibrate material flow rates , bead application, spray pressures, nozzles, and temperature controls.
• Diagnose hydraulic/pneumatic/electrical issues; perform overhauls and minor fabrication as needed.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans and daily readiness checks before deployment.
• Maintain maintenance logs , spare parts inventory, and report equipment health.
• Support on‑site operations during night shifts or traffic‑controlled work zones (as required).

REQUIREMENTS:

• UAE road works experience preferred.
• Knowledge of thermoplastic materials , heating systems, and HSE for roadworks (PPE, traffic management).
• hands‑on road marking equipment experience is essential .
