About the Role

Roofs in a Box is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Roofing Supplement Specialist to support U.S.-based roofing and insurance restoration projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing insurance scopes, identifying missing or underpaid items, and preparing supplement requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Review insurance scopes and determine what additional items should be supplemented
• Create and submit accurate estimates (Xactimate or other software)
• Gather and organize all supporting documentation (photos, invoices, inspection reports)
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, internal teams, and homeowners to ensure clarity and accuracy
• Track supplement submissions, follow up on approvals, and ensure timely payments
