**Job Summary and Qualifications**

+ Develop and facilitate an adventure/challenge course activities with an emphasis on safety and community in a trusting environment that meets the therapeutic needs of the patients.
+ Provides oversight, training, and management of the adventure program/ropes course facilities and program.
+ Instruct and facilitate adventure / challenge course / high element activities and initiative games.
+ Evaluate the success of the adventure programs and adjust accordingly.
+ Facilitate group development and education outcomes.
+ Set up and facilitate all ropes course elements including spotting and belaying.
