Location: Dubai

Position: Rota Nanny (24 hours – 2 weeks on / off)

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Relocating: One-time relocation bonus + economy fares

Responsibilities

• Care for their little boy (born November 2023) with a mix of shared care and sole charge, in a fully staffed household.
• Support the newborn baby girl (born October 2025) who is already in a good routine and has maternity nurses on rota until the end of June 2026.
• Create and continue a home-based curriculum encompassing the EYFS and Montessori philosophy to prepare the child for school, with a strong emphasis on developmental and educational focus.
• Possess a strong educator background (ideally Montessori) and be willing to start the little boy at nursery in September if appropriate.
