Roustabout Pusher

Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Coordinate and oversee all roustabout activities of your 1–2-man crew of laborers that includes but is not limited to; equipment setup, maintenance, and site cleanup.  Lead and direct a team of roustabouts, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.  Assign tasks to roustabouts, prioritize work orders, and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to meet project requirements.  Conduct regular inspections of work sites and equipment to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.  Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards for roustabout operations.  Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and address project requirements.  Prepare reports, work orders, and documentation related to rousta...
