Role Responsibilities

As Senior Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser, you will lead on both new business development and the growth of existing partnerships. The role includes responsibility for managing a significant income budget and working collaboratively with colleagues across RNRMC to maximise corporate support and long‑term impact.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Take strategic responsibility for securing new corporate partnerships and increasing sustainable corporate income in line with agreed annual targets.
• Independently manage and deliver against a significant six‑figure corporate income budget, with clear KPI ownership and performance reporting.
• Develop and maintain a strong, research‑led pipeline of corporate prospects across multiple sectors.
• Identify, cultivate and secure new corporate partners through tailored written proposals, pitches and presentations to senior stakeholders.
