Position Overview
The Support Engineer is the “Runner” for the AI & Smart Automation squad. He/she monitors the production RPA environment, diagnoses incidents, provides root‑cause analysis, and coordinates remediation with the development team. The role demands solid RPA (Blue Prism) expertise, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work autonomously in an Agile (Kanban) setting.
Required Skills and Experience
- RPA Expertise: Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Blue Prism (design, deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution).
