RPO Talent Acquisition

This role is for us at Invision HR, a boutique HR consulting agency.

The position forms part of our Recruitment/Talent Acquisition division, where we partner with clients by delivering RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services.

Summary:

This role will manage Recruitment from end-to-end for numerous positions across various industries. You will be the 2nd addition to our recruitment portfolio within our HR consultancy. You will be responsible for all things talent and recruitment - from administration to client relationship management. You will need to be comfortable working independently and you will form a key part to building the Recruitment Portfolio of our business.

Reporting To: Managing Director 

Location: Cape Town

Schedule: Monday - Friday
