RTA & Personal Injury Case Handler

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a RTA & Personal Injury Case Handler to join my client’s team in their Leeds offices on a hybrid basis.

The Role

As an RTA Case Handler, you will be responsible for managing and proactively progressing your own portfolio of small claims, track and fast track RTA claims, whilst keeping relevant parties updated. You will run the cases from initial instruction stage through to settlement and will review and reply to all correspondence and emails from the client and all parties in the claim.

If the claim is not capable of settlement pre issue, you will be required to draft and issue legal proceedings, prepare evidence for hearings and witness statements, and comply with all court directions and deadlines. You may also be required to assist other solicitors within the personal injury team with case work tasks, as and when required. Any such work would be under supervision from a solicitor.
