RTPCR Research Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize RT-PCR assays for molecular diagnostics

Perform primer/probe designing and assay validation

Conduct molecular biology experiments including RNA/DNA extraction,

PCR, and RT-PCR

Analyze experimental data and prepare technical documentation

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution

Ensure compliance with laboratory quality and regulatory standards

Maintain accurate records of experiments and development activities

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Molecular Biology concepts

Hands-on knowledge of RT-PCR techniques

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Documentation and data interpretation skills

Ability to work independently in a research environment
