Role Responsibilities & Job Description:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of RTR Accountants across APAC entities, managing workload allocation, performance expectations, and team capability growth
• Own and review the end‑to‑end RTR lifecycle including GL accounting, month‑end/quarter‑end/year‑end close, and financial reporting to local entities and HQ
• Oversee tax compliance activities including Corporate Income Tax, VAT/GST, and WHT filings across multiple APAC jurisdictions
• Lead the full statutory audit process from planning through to CFO‑level presentation, coordinating with auditors and key stakeholders across the region
