Rural Property Senior Solicitor/Associate – Edinburgh

This prominent Scottish Private Client Law Firm is recruiting a Rural Property Solicitor to join its Edinburgh office. The firm specialises in addressing the legal, financial, and administrative needs of individuals, family trusts, families, private companies, and charities.

The role will involve a wide range of interesting rural property work, including various rural title registration tasks for farms and estates.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, have a commercial approach to transactions and demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Interested applicants should have 3+ years’ PQE with experience in rural/agricultural law.
