My client, an established yet growing Pharmaceutical company based in Johannesburg & expanding worldwide is seeking a Medical Doctor who desires a focus on strategy and team development while cross collaborating with Medical & Rn D divisions, drive the development of their RX Portfolio, aimed at Doctors across a multitude of key products.
Key Focus Areas Develop and execute Rx portfolio strategy aligned to business goals Oversee clinical positioning and compliant messaging Lead & drive the performance of RX Brand Managers Drive HCP marketing excellence across digital and in-field channels Translate insights and CLM analytics into actionable growth strategies Requirements Medical Degree MBCh B or MBBH with Post community service MBA or Business Related Post Grad or B, Pharm additionally would be advantageous 2 years minimum experience leading and developing a team Experience consulting to or working in the Pharmaceutical industry is highly sought after eg.
